Course Description

This 2-hour course is designed specifically for Texas nurses.  It teaches key concepts related to the ethical practice of nursing.  The ANA Code of Ethics, Texas Nurse Practice Act, and the Nurse’s Scope of practice are explored in detail. State board violations, professional boundaries, mandatory reporting, and substance use are discussed.  This overview course introduces the nurse to ethics in a relatable, practical way.
