The Ohio Board of Nursing requires all nurses to take continuing education for license renewal.
Requirements specific to Licensed Practical Nurses in Ohio
License Expiration & Renewal Schedule: LPN licenses are valid for two (2) years and require renewal by July 1 to October 31 in even numbered years.
Minimum Hours: 24
