The purpose of this course is to teach Florida health professionals to recognize and respond appropriately to the signs and behaviors that may be associated with human trafficking, in health centers and in other contexts. Includes information about the types of human trafficking, contexts, victims, criminals, reports and legal actions.

Healthcare Professionals in Florida needing at least 1 CEU of training in Human Trafficking due to passage of, Chapter 2019-152, Laws of Florida, which establishes new requirements, including the following professions:
