About this course

Sexual harassment is unlawful under federal law and under some state laws. This course will teach the learner behaviors to prevent sexual harassment, how to respond to sexual harassment, and what constitutes sexual harassment. A focus on workers in the healthcare arena makes the content relevant to the intended audience.
